15.05.2024. The present case relates to an order dated 10.05.2019 passed in WP(C)/5983/2014. By the aforesaid order, a common gradation list was directed to be published by the GMC authorities. The learned counsel for the petitioners has, however, submitted that the petitioners are not in touch with her and there is no instruction. Shri S Bora, learned counsel is present for the respondent and submits that the said incumbent is no longer holding the post of Commissioner. This Court has noted that no steps for impleading the new incumbent have also been taken, in the meantime. It appears that the petitioners are not keen to continue with the proceedings. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed, however, with liberty to approach this Court, in case of any existing grievance.
