Heard Mr. D. Baruah, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K.P. Pathak, learned Standing Counsel, APDCL for all the respondents.

¶2The petitioner is aggrieved by the office order dated 14.12.2023 inasmuch as his name has not been included in the list of outsourced worker under Jorhat Electrical Circle, who are getting direct payment from APDCL with regard to enhancement of his remuneration.

¶3In the said office order dated 14.12.2023, the Terms and Conditions No.(i) provides that if there is any objection regarding inclusion or deletion of any name in the list, petition is to be forwarded to the office of the CGM (HRA), APDCL through proper channel with all supporting documents which will be examined by the Committee constituted vide office order dated 14.12.2023.

¶4Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file his petition expressing his grievances and also enclosing all supporting documents in the office of the CGM (HRA), APDCL within a period of 10 days from today. Thereafter, the concerned authority shall consider the application made by the Page No.# 3/3 petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the application.

¶5With the above observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
