Heard Mr. K. Kalita, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. N. Bordoloi, learned counsel for the respondent no.1, Ms. R.M. Baruah, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 and Ms. P.R. Mahanta, learned counsel for the respondent no.3. 2] In terms of the order dated 08.02.2023 passed in WP(C) No. 6279/2021 and WP(C) No.6281/2021 as well as the order dated 20.04.2023 passed in I.A.

(C) No.474/203 this Court directed that the claims of the petitioners for compensation as per entitlement be released after proper verification and the verification exercise was directed to be completed within a period of 45 (forty-five) days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order. Pursuant to these orders issued by the Court, the Department Revenue and Disaster Management carried out the necessary verification and by order dated
