Heard Mr. G. Chamuah, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. Page No.# 2/2 By this application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. the petitioner, namely, Sohrab Ali, has prayed for granting pre arrest bail who is apprehending arrest in connection with Bongaigaon P.S. Case No. 18/2024 under Sections 363/365 of IPC corresponding to GR Case No. 29/2024. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam that the charge sheet being CS No. 39/2024 dated 29.02.2024 has already been filed by the Investigating Officer after completion of the investigation. In view of the aforesaid, it is provided that the interim order dated 16.02.2024 passed by this Court in respect of petitioner namely, Sohrab Ali, shall remain in force till the petitioner appear before the learned trial Court on receipt of summon and seek regular bail. In the event of such appearance seeking regular bail, the same be considered as per law. Accordingly, this bail application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
