Heard Mr. A.K. Azad, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. D.P. Goswami, learned Addl.P.P. for the State. This is an application filed under Section 397 r/w Section 401//482 Cr.P.C. Page No.# 2/2 against the impugned order dated 28.11.2023 passed by the JMFC, Rangia, Kamrup in connection with Baihata Charialli P.S. Case No. 341/2023 under Section 379/411 IPC wherein rejecting the custody/zimma of the vehicle bearing Regd. No. AS-25-AC-9743. Mr. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case, charge-sheet has already been submitted vide C.S. No.299/23 dated

31.12.2023. As the charge-sheet has been submitted, the present status of the case has been changed. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of. The petitioner may approach before the jurisdictional court with appropriate application along with relevant documents pertaining to seized vehicle and in the event of filing such application and the documents, the jurisdictional court will consider the matter of zimma in accordance with law.
