Gogoi, learned Standing Cousnel, State Agriculture Marketing Board for the respondent nos. 3 & 4. 2] This writ petition is filed by the petitioner who claims to be the Chairman of the Guwahati Sub-Divisional Market Committee constituted by the State of Assam under the provisions of the Assam Agricultural Market Produce Act, 1972. Gogoi, learned Standing Cousnel, State Agriculture Marketing Board for the respondent nos. 3 & 4 that during the pendency of the writ petition by order dated 09.02.2024 the representation came to be considered and the same has been rejected. 4] In that view of the matter, the prayer made in the writ petition has been redressed by the Department of Agriculture. It is submitted that the copy of the order dated 09.02.2024 has been served upon the writ petitioner himself. 5] In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands closed while giving liberty to the writ petitioner to challenge the order dated 09.02.2204, if so deemed fit and proper. 6] A copy of the order dated 09.02.2024 be kept in record. 7] Writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the above.
