15.05.2024 (Vijay Bishnoi, CJ) This writ appeal is filed by the appellant being aggrieved with the order dated

26.09.2019, whereby, the writ petition filed on behalf of the respondent No.6 has been allowed and the appointment of the appellant on the post of principal on 27.06.2017 was set aside. The learned Single Judge has issued further direction to hold fresh selection process by considering all the candidates including the appellant and the respondent No.6 in accordance with the rules. It is informed that pursuant to the direction given by the learned Single Judge, fresh selection has already conducted by the authorities concerned. In such circumstances, when the fresh selection for appointment of the principal in the concerned school has already taken place, we do not find any reason to continue with the writ appeal and hence, the Writ Appeal is dismissed.
