¶2The petitioner has filed this application under Section 401/397 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying for setting aside and quashing the impugned orders dated 20.03.2023, 15.06.2023, 11.09.2023 and 20.11.2023 issuing NBWA against the petitioner.

¶3It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner's wife was not well. It is also submitted that the petitioner was unable to arrange a bailor. The petitioner is willing to cooperate with the trial. Annexure-4 series are the medical documents relating to the ailment of the petitioner's wife.

¶4I have considered the submission of the petitioner that he is willing to cooperate with the trial. I have also scrutinized the medical documents marked as Annexure-4 of the petition. I have taken a pragmatic view. The NBWA issued against the petitioner in N.I. Case No. 141/2021 pending in the Court of Additional CJM, Cachar, Silchar is hereby kept in abeyance for fifteen days and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court within fifteen days and cooperate with the trial. In the above terms this Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of.
