Heard Mr. A.A. Dewan, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. K.K. Parashar, learned Addl. P.P., Assam. It is submitted by Mr. K.K. Parashar, learned Addl. P.P., that charge-sheet has Page No.# 2/2 been submitted in the case vide C.S. No. 266/2023 dated 31.12.2023. In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application stands closed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the Court of SDJM, South Salmara, Abhayapuri within 15(Fifteen) days from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If such bail application is filed, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law. The interim order will continue for the next 15 days from the date of this order or till the petitioner's appearance before the learned Court below, whichever is earlier.
