23.02.2024 Heard Mr. P K Roychoudhury, learned counsel for the applicants. None appears for the respondents. This is a joint application of both sides in respect of RSA No. 115/2011. It appears that both sides have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding, copy of which is available in the record. According to the aforesaid Memorandum of Understanding, the parties have compromised the matter with certain terms and conditions and now the applicants have prayed that the RSA 115/2011 should be disposed of in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Understanding. I have gone through the above Memorandum of Understanding. Accordingly, the RSA 115/2011 is disposed of in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned in the Memorandum of Understanding. The decree shall be drawn up according to the terms conditions of the Memorandum of Understanding. With the above, the IA(C) is disposed of.
