Laskar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the instant Contempt Application has been filed inadvertently, for which he would like to withdraw the Contempt application. This Court has also taken note that vide order dated 20.12.2022, passed by this Court in WP(C) 5142/2022, a direction issued for holding the meeting on

17.01.2023 for discussing the No-confidence Motion against the petitioner. The record reveals that the authorities took necessary steps in terms with the said order. Under such circumstances, it is the opinion of this Court that no case of contempt has been made out, for which the Contempt proceeding stands dropped.
