Pathak, J) Vide an earlier order dated 05.02.2024 passed in the connected WP(C) No.5679/2019, the petitioner of WP(C)/5679/2019 was allowed to correct the names of the respondent nos. 3, 6 & 7 therein by appropriate application. Pursuant to the same, the petitioner of WP(C)/5679/2019 as an applicant in this I.A. has given the correct names of the respondent nos. 3, 6 & 7 and has prayed for an order enabling her to incorporate the correct names of those respondent nos. 3, 6, 7 in WP(C) No. 5679/2019 to which the learned counsel for the opposite parties / respondents, namely, Mr. A. Kalita, learned Standing Counsel, Home Department, Mr. H. Kuli, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. A.I. Ali, learned Standing Counsel, Election Commissioner of India and Mr. P. Sarma, learned Senior Government Advocate, Assam have no objection. Page No.# 3/3 Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application preferred by the applicant / petitioner enabling her to incorporate the correct names of the respondent nos. 3, 6 & 7 is allowed. The applicant / petitioner shall replace the page no. 2 and 3 of the connected WP(C) /5679/2019 by incorporating the correct names of the respondent nos. 3, 6 & 7. The same shall be done within 2 (two) days from today, filing such corrected page nos. 2 & 3 of WP(C)/5679/2019 before the Registry of this Court. Interlocutory application accordingly stands disposed of.
