ORDER Date : 11.06.2024 The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that in this case though the case diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, the charge-sheet has been laid before the learned CJM, Karimganj, vide Charge-sheet No. 61/2024 dated 30.04.2024. In view of the laying of the charge-sheet, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of with an observation that the petitioner may approach the Trial Court Page No.# 2/2 and may pray for regular bail before the Trial Court, if so advised. In view of the no representation on behalf of the petitioner, let the Registry intimate the order of this Court by E-mail/WhatsApp to both to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as to the petitioner himself. With the above observation, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
