¶1Heard Mr. M.U. Mahmud, learned counsel for the petitioner and also heard Ms. N. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he was on interim Page No.# 2/2 bail and Charge sheet has been laid against him.

¶3The petitioner has appeared before the learned CJM, Kokrajhar, and he has been released on bail, at the strength of the order of this Court in connection with this case as the petitioner was on interim bail.

¶4The matter thus stands closed.
