Heard Mr. M. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicants. Also Heard Mr. M. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State respondent. By this interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for correction of a typographical error in the cause title of Criminal Petition No. 1375/2023. Mr. M. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that inadvertently a typographical error has been crept in the cause title of Criminal Petition No. 1375/2023 wherein the date of the impugned order is written as 05.02.2014 instead of 16.07.2012. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and considering the grounds cited in the petition, the prayer for correction, as sought for by the applicant, is allowed. Accordingly, the date of the impugned order stands corrected and be read as Page No.# 3/3 "16.07.2012" in place of "05.02.2014".Registry is directed to do the needful. With the above direction, the interlocutory application stands disposed of.
