ORDER

24.06.2024. Heard Shri R Bora, learned counsel for the applicant, who, by means of this application, has sought for a correction of the order dated 06.11.2023 passed in the connected CRP (IO)/346/2023. Page No.# 2/2 It is submitted that while considering and passing the interim order, on two occasions, the proceeding of the case was reflected as Money Suit No. 1/2023, it should have been Money Suit No.1/2022. In this connection, the learned counsel has referred to the connected petition and has contended that even the impugned order dated 05.07.2023 passed by the learned Court below had wrongly stated the case number as Money Suit No. 01/2023 as a result of which, the said error has crept in the order dated 06.11.2023. Upon hearing and on verifying the materials on record, the instant interlocutory application is allowed by directing that the reference to the case number pending before the learned Civil Judge, West Karbi Anglong, Hamren is to be read as Money Suit No. 1/2022 instead of Money Suit No. 1/2023. Let this order be read as a part of the order dated 06.11.2023 passed in CRP(IO)/346/2023. The interlocutory application accordingly stands disposed of.
