This is an application filed for correction of the order dated

06.11.2023 passed in CRP (I/O) No.347/2023 wherein this Court had issued notice and had also stayed the further proceedings of Money Suit No.02/2023 pending before the Court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), West Karbi Anglong, Hamren till the next date.

¶2The learned counsel for the applicant submits that there has been an inadvertent error in as much as the proceedings in question is Money Suit Page No.# 3/3 No.02/2022 and not Money Suit No.02/2023. The learned counsel for the applicant therefore submits that the instant application has been filed for correction of the said aspect of the matter.

¶3This Court has also perused the accompanying application filed under Article 227 of the Constitution and from a perusal of the materials, it reveals that the suit in question is Money Suit No.02/2022 and not the Money Suit No.02/2023.

¶4Accordingly, this Court makes correction to the typographical error which has occurred in the order dated 06.11.2023 thereby the Money Suit No.02/2023 as appearing at paragraph No.5 shall be read as Money Suit No.02/2022.

¶5The instant order shall be a part of the order dated 06.11.2023.

¶6In view of the above, the I.A. stands disposed of.
