ORDER 19-02-2024 Heard Ms. U. Nanda, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. This application has been filed praying for correction of typographical error appearing in the order dated 09.02.2024 passed by this Court in Tr. P.(C) No. 09/2024. In the said order, it is mentioned that till returnable date further proceeding of TS (D) Case No. 113/2023 pending in the Court of Addl. District Judge, FTC, Sonitpur Page No.# 2/2 at Tezpur shall remain stay. Today, the petitioner has submitted that the aforesaid case is actually pending at Dibrugarh so direction should have been passed to the Addl. District Judge, FTC, Dibrugarh. The error stands corrected. The further proceeding of TS (D) No. 113/2023 pending in the Court of Addl. District Judge, Dibrugah shall remain stayed. This order shall form of the part of the order dated 09.02.2024 passed by this Court in Tr. P(C) No. 9/2024. With the aforesaid directions, the IA stands disposed of.
