Page No.# 2/2 This is an application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., praying for pre-arrest bail by the petitioner, namely, Abdul Wahab, in connection with Manikpur P.S. Case No. 201/2023, registered under Section 379 IPC r/w Section 3(2) (a) of PDPP Act. Mr. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case, charge-sheet has already been submitted vide C.S. No. 21/24 dated

29.02.2024. It is also submitted that interim protection has already been granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 21.02.2024. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned court below within 10 days from today and if any bail application is filed, the same will be considered by the learned trial court in accordance with law.
