Heard Ms. S. S. Zia, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. P. S. Lahkar, learned Addl. P. P. for the State respondent. In this I. A. the applicant has prayed for correction of the Section mentioned in the cause title and also the prayer portion of A. B. No. 310/2024. Ms. Zia, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the cause title, she has mentioned the Sections of Khatowal P.S. Case No. 52/23, u/s 506/363/379 IPC, but the same ought to have been 506/353/379 IPC and in the prayer portion of said application also she has mentioned the Sections as 506/363/379 IPC and same ought to have been 506/353/379 IPC. In the cause title, the name of the Court has been mentioned as learned Court of CJM, Kamrup and the same ought to have been learned Court of CJM, Nagaon. Having considered the submission of learned Counsel for both the parties, this Court is inclined to allow this I.A. It is provided that in the cause title of the A.B Case No. 310/2024, the Sections of Khatowal P.S. Case No. 52/2023 shall be read as 506/ 353/ 379 IPC and in Page No.# 3/3 the prayer portion and in the cause title, the name of the Court be read as learned CJM, Nagaon instead of learned Court of CJM, Kamrup(M) Registry shall do the necessary correction in this regard. I.A stands disposed of.
