(3) Nazrul Hussain (4) Ahidul Islam (5) Dilowar Hussain @ Delowar Hussain (6) Ganiruddin Ahmed @ Goniruddin Ahmed, have prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Jogighopa P.S. Case No. 29/2024, under Section 14/15 of Assam Game and Betting Act, 1970. 29.02.2024. It is also submitted that interim protection has already been granted to the petitioners by this Court vide order dated 20.02.2024. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to appear before the learned court below within 15 days from today and if any bail application is filed, the same will be considered by the learned trial court in accordance with law.
