It is submitted that the earlier awarded amount was Rs. 22,675/- (Rupees twenty-two thousand six hundred seventy-five) only including 6% interest and after negotiation both the parties are agreed to settle the matter on an amount of Rs. 75,000/- (Rupees seventy-five thousand) only as full and final settlement. Accordingly, as agreed to by both the parties, the respondent /New India Assurance Company Ltd. is hereby directed to deposit the remaining amount of Rs. 75,000/- (Rupees seventy-five thousand) only before the learned MACT, Tezpur within a period of 1 (one) month from today and the claimant will be at liberty to withdraw the same, if not already withdrawn, on being proper verification and identification of the engaged counsel of the case.
