¶2By filling this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has prayed for release on bail, who were arrested in connection with Dhakhin Majuli P.S. Case No.1/2024 registered under Sections 376(3) IPC read with Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

¶3It is submitted by Mr. Chetri, the learned counsel for the petitioner that the case is already charge sheeted and the police has submitted charge sheet vide C.S. No. 1/2024, dated 29.02.2024 and accordingly, he wants to withdraw the bail application.

¶4In this context, Mr. Goswami, the learned Addl. PP has submitted that till date they have not received any instruction about the filing of the charge sheet. However, he raised no objection in withdrawing this bail application.

¶5In view of the above, this bail application is disposed of on being withdrawn. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
