GDE No. 569 dated 17.08.2023 was made in connection with the Page No.# 2/2 allegation involved in this case. However, later on, both the parties amicably settled the dispute and therefore, no case has been registered. In view of the report submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this anticipatory bail has become infructuous and the same is dismissed on becoming infructuous.
