Heard Mr. P.K. Gogoi, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. B. Sharma, learned Addl. P.P. for the State respondent.

¶2Apprehending arrest in connection with any case, this application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is preferred by applicants namely, Sri Abhijit Gogoi; Smt Jitamoni Gogoi; and Sri Mrinmoy Baruah for grant of pre-arrest bail.

¶3Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 26.02.2024, the learned Addl. P.P. received a report from the Officer In-Charge of Sivsagar P.S. and submits that the Officer In-Charge has confirmed that no FIR is pending in Sivsagar P.S., against the present applicants.

¶4In view of above, this application becomes infructuous and accordingly, the same stands closed.
