Mr. MH Saikia, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that he would not like to press the instant application. He, however, submits that the connected revision petition being CRP(IO) No.268/2023 be disposed of at an early date, taking into account that he is the plaintiff in the suit and the suit has been stayed by this Court.

¶2Taking into account the above, this interlocutory application is closed on withdrawal.

¶3This Court has taken note of the order dated 28.08.2023 passed in CRP(IO) No.268/2023 wherein the further proceedings of Title Suit No.27/2022 has been stayed. Accordingly, this Court fixes the CRP(IO) No.268/2023 on 20.05.2024 on which date, an attempt shall be made to dispose of the proceedings.
