¶2It is seen that the instant contempt proceedings have been initiated for non-compliance of the order dated 27.10.2016 Page No.# 2/2 passed in WP(C) No.5089/2007 whereby there were certain directions issued to the Director of Elementary Education to forward the case of the petitioner to the Mission Director, Sarba Siksha Abhiyan Mission for utilization of the services of the petitioner in a meaningful manner so that she is not denied of any remuneration altogether.

¶3Mr. S. M. T. Chistie, the learned Standing Counsel of the Elementary Education Department submits that the present Director of Elementary Education Department is Smti. Suranjana Senpati and the respondent/contemnor who has been arrayed as a party has already expired.

¶4Taking into account that the petitioner has not taken any steps thereupon, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner may have already got the benefit for which this Court has closed the instant contempt proceedings.
