Barman, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant writ petition, a prayer was made for the respondents to release his salary for the month of February, 2020, being employed as Associate Professor at Sualkuchi Budram Madhab Satradhikar College, Sualkuchi, Kamrup. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has now been paid his pay for the month of February, 2020 and in view of the above she submits that the instant writ petition may be closed. Mr. D.Bora, learned counsel for respondent No.4 is present and submits that the respondents have done the needful and have released the pay of the petitioner for the month of February, 2020. The learned counsel for the respondents produced a letter dated 9th March, 2023 showing that the pay of the petitioner was released on 21.11.2022. Mr. S.Bhuyan, learned Standing counsel for respondent Nos. 1 & 3 is present and submits that the needful has been done by the respondents. Page No.# 3/3 In view of the above submissions, this court find it fit to close the instant writ petition since the prayer of the petitioner has been granted and the respondents have duly released the pay of the petitioner for the month of February, 2020.
