Heard Mr. M. A. Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Addl. P.P. for the State respondent. This Interlocutory Application is preferred by the applicant, namely, Baharul Islam for correction of the name of Police Station in the order dated 21.2.2024 passed in AB 3151/2023. Mr. Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant submits that on account of inadvertent mistake, on the part of the applicant, the name of the police station is mentioned in the order dated 21.2.2024 as Karimganj P.S. which would to have been Bazaricherra P. S. Case No. 210/2022, u/s 21(c), 22(c)/ 25 /29 of NDPS and therefore, Mr. Choudhury contended that necessary correction may be made in the order dated 21.2.2024. Mr. B. Sarma, learned Addl. P.P. submits that he has no objection, in the event of making the aforesaid correction in the order dated 21.2.2024. Accordingly, having considered the submission of learned Advocates of both Page No.# 3/3 sides and also considering the facts and circumstances on the record, it is provided that in the order dated 21.2.2024 in AB No. 3151/2023, the name of Karimganj P.S. Case No. 210/2022 shall be read as Bazaricherra P. S. Case No. 210/2022, in para No. 2 and Para No.7, of the aforesaid order, for all purpose. On the prayer being made by Mr. Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant, it is further provided that applicant shall appear before the learned Court below on 4.3.2024.
