The instant appeal filed under Section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is against the Judgment & Decree dated 07.11.2022 passed by the Court of District Judge, Dibrugarh in Title Suit (Divorce) No. 79/2019, wherein the appellant was asked to pay the amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) to the respondents as permanent alimony. The appellant is aggrieved with the said Judgment & Decree since he is not having the said amount as he is just a Laborer. Page No.# 3/3 Appeal is admitted. Issue notice to the respondents through registered post with A/D as well as by usual process within 3 days, returnable by three weeks. List the matter after 3 (three) weeks. .
