ORDER

11.06.2024 Heard Mr S M Abdullah P, learned counsel for the petitioner, Dr Eyaqub Ali Ahmed, and Mr B B Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam.

¶2It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the charge sheet has been laid against the petitioner, vide CS No. 17/2024 dated 29.02.2024, in connection with Kajalgaon PS Case No. 18/2024, under Sections 406/376(2)(3) of the Indian Penal Page No.# 2/2 Code, 1860.

¶3The petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court within 20 days and apply for bail, which may be considered by the learned Court as per law.
