Claimant is present along with his counsel in Lok Adalat. Insurance Page No.# 2/2 Company is also represented. The matter has been settled between the parties at Rs.11,00,000/- (Eleven Lakhs only) as full and final. An amount of Rs.6,00,000/- (Six Lakhs only) has already been deposited by the insurance company before the Registry. The claimant is directed to withdraw the same after proper verification and duly identification by his engaged counsel if not withdrawn. The insurance company is directed to deposit the remaining amount i.e. Rs.5,00,000/- (Five Lakhs only) to the claimants in the saving account of the claimant through NEFT. Cheque be issued in the name of the mother of the deceased. The claimant is directed to furnish his/her bank details of any nationalized bank to the insurance company for necessary payment. The remaining amount will be deposited by the Insurance Company within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order. Send back the trial court record, if any. In view of above, appeal stands disposed of.
