P.P., Assam that charge-sheet has been submitted in the case vide C.S. No. 282/24, dated 29.05.2024 in connection with Basistha P.S. Case No. 107/2023. Page No.# 2/2 In view of above, the anticipatory bail application stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned Court below within 10(Ten) days and seek regular bail, if so advised. If such bail application is filed, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. The interim order dated 04.03.2024 will continue till the aforesaid period of 10 days.
