10.01.2024, passed in Crl.Pet. No.13/2024 and also in the cause title and prayer portion of the Criminal Petition No.13/2024. Ms. Saikia, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the order dated

10.01.2024, passed by this Court in Crl.Pet. No.13/2024, the number of the charge-sheet as well as the FIR has been mentioned as "FIR No.490/2021", which ought to have been "FIR No.490/2020" and the "Charge Sheet No.264/2021(1)", which ought to have been "Charge Sheet No.263/2021(1)". Therefore, Ms. Saikia contended to allow this petition. Having heard the learned counsel for the applicant, I have carefully gone through the petition and the documents placed on record and also perused the order dated 10.01.2024. And considering all the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to dispose of this interlocutory application by directing that henceforth, in the order dated 10.01.2024 and in the cause title and in the prayer portion of the Crl.Pet. No.13/2024, the "FIR No.490/2021" be read as "FIR No.490/2020" and also the "Charge Sheet No.264/2021(1)" be read as "Charge Sheet No.263/2021(1)". Necessary correction be made accordingly in the cause title and the prayer portion of the Crl.Pet. No.13/2024.
