¶1Heard Mr. P.H. Konwar, learned appearing for the applicant, who submits that the Union of India, represented by the Commissioner, Ministry of Jal Shakti Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, New Delhi-110001 should be impleaded as respondent No.5 in the writ petition.

¶2Ms. A. Lodha, learned counsel appearing for the Water Resources Department submits that she has got no objection to the application being allowed.

¶3Accordingly, the Union of India, represented by the Commissioner, Ministry of Jal Shakti Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, New Delhi-110001 is impleaded as respondent No.5.

¶4The applicant to submit amended cause title with the Registry of this Court within 5(five) days.

¶6The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
