Gopinath Narayan, (IA&AS) Accountant General (A&E) Maidamgaon, Beltola, Guwahati-781029 and (4) Smt. Malavika Choudhury, IAS Finance (ESTT-A) Department, Dispur, Guwahati-781006 as party respondent Nos. 5, 6, 7 and 8 in the Contempt Case No.424/2022 on the ground that the earlier incumbents have been transferred out and the aforesaid incumbents are presently holding the respective posts.
