¶1Heard Mr. M. Hussain, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that a typographical error occurred in the order dated 13.12.2023 passed in I.A(C) 3552/2023, inasmuch as, the applicant therein was Sri Gauranga Das. However, in the said order dated 13.12.2023, the applicant is shown as "Charan Ray", who is actually the writ petitioner. He submits that the address shown in the order dated 13.12.2023 also pertains to "Shri Charan Ray" and not to the applicant "Sri Gauranga Das". He accordingly prays for correction and modification of the order dated 13.12.2023.

¶2Mr. B.C. Deka, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Mr. S.S. Roy, learned counsel for the respondent nos.4 & 5 submit that they have got no objection to the application being allowed.

¶3On considering the fact that there has been a typographical error in the order dated 13.12.2023, the same is modified and corrected in the following manner. Accordingly, Sri Gauranga Das is impleaded as respondent no.5 in the writ petition. Consequently, the order dated 13.12.2023 passed in WP(C) No.6143/2023 shall also modified to the extent that the person who has been allowed to be impleaded as respondent no.5 shall be Sri Gauranga Das and his address is "S/o Late Sankar Das, Resident of Village-Batgaon Nayapara, P.O. Makrikuchi, District-Barpeta, Assam, Pin-781305. Page No.# 3/3

¶4The applicant's counsel to submit the corrected Cause Title in the writ petition.

¶5I.A.(C) is accordingly disposed of.
