ORDER Date : 09-03-2024 Claimants are present along with their counsel in Lok Adalat. Insurance company is also represented. The matter has been settled between the parties at Rs.19,25,000/- (Nineteen Lakhs Twenty Five Thousand only) as full and final. An amount of Rs.9,00,000/- ( Nine Lakhs only ) has already been deposited by the insurance company before the Registry. The claimant No.1 is directed to withdraw the said amount after proper verification and duly identification by engaged counsel, if not withdrawn. The United Insurance Company Ltd. is directed to deposit the remaining amount of Rs.10,25,000/- (Ten Lakhs Twenty Five Thousand only) to the claimant No.1 in his savings account through NEFT. The claimant No.1 is directed to furnish his/her bank details of any nationalized bank to the insurance company for necessary payment. The remaining amount will be deposited by the Insurance Company within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order. Send back the trial court record if any. The statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/- be refunded to the insurance company. In view of above, appeal stands disposed of.
