Bishnoi, CJ) By this writ petition the petitioner has made a limited prayer that the respondent Bank be restrained from taking over possession of the property in question till

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the Bank has already taken over possession of the property in question on 27.02.2024. In view of the fact that the Bank has already taken over possession of the property in question, the relief prayed for by the petitioner in this writ petition to allow her to occupy the house upto 16.03.2024 cannot be granted.
