¶2This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for grant of pre-arrest bail in respect of Dhubri P.S. Case No.330/2023.

¶3Perusal to the interim order granted in favor of the petitioners they have appeared before the Investigating Officer and their statements were recorded by the Investigating Officer. The Medical report shows that the victim sustained grievous injuries caused by blunt weapons.

¶4Under the aforesaid circumstances, it appears that the petitioners have been co-operating with the Investigating Officer therefore, they do not deserves to be detained in custody.

¶5Their pre-arrest bail application is allowed.

¶7The interim bail granted in favor of the petitioners, namely, (1). Sahajahan Ali, (2). Moon Moon Parbin, (3). Samidur Ali, (4). Anira Khatun, (5). Monika Khatun, (6). Abdus Salam and (7). Jahanur Ali is made absolute.

¶8With the aforesaid direction, the pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of.
