Heard Ms. L. Boruah, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner. Also heard Mr. A.C. Borbora, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. U. Saikia, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 2 to 3 This is an application seeking impleadment of two officers, namely, 1. Mrs. Pomi Baruah, The Director of Higher Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19, District-Kamrup (M) and 2. Dr. Bimal Barah, President/Chairman of the Governing Body, Chandra Kamal Bezbaruah College, Teok, Jorhat, Dist-Jorhat, PIN-785112, Assam as Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 respectively in the connected Cont. Case(C) No. 385/2021. Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant, Page No.# 3/3 I am of the view that the two officers mentioned herein above are necessary parties in the connected Cont. Case(C) No. 385/2021. Accordingly, the following officers, namely, 1. Mrs. Pomi Baruah, the Director of Higher Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19, District-Kamrup (M) and

¶2Dr. Bimal Barah, President/Chairman of the Governing Body, Chandra Kamal Bezbaruah College, Teok, Jorhat, Dist-Jorhat, PIN-785112, Assam are permitted to be impleaded as Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 respectively in the connected Cont. Case(C) No. 385/2021. Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of.
