The matter has been settled between the parties at Rs. 13,23,400/- (Rupees Thirteen Lakh Twenty Three Thousand Four Hundred Only) as full and final. The United India Insurance Com. Ltd. is directed to deposit the said amount i.e. Rs. 13,23,400/- to the respondent No. 1 in her savings account through NEFT. The respondent No. 1 is directed to furnish her bank details of any nationalized bank to the insurance company for necessary payment. The amount will be deposited by the Insurance Company within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the order. Statutory deposit, if any, be returned back.
