The matter comes upon for consideration of the Interlocutory Application with a prayer for condonation of delay of 155 days in filing the connected appeal. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and after going through the contents of the application, we are of the view that the delay of 155 days is satisfactorily explained and hence, the same is liable to be condoned.
