¶1Heard Mr. S. Munir, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. S. Jahan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

¶2This interlocutory application has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Ramash Doimary @ Ramesh Daimary @ Raju @ Bijay in connection with Bail Application No. 351/2024.

¶3It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present petitioner was allowed to go on bail by this court by order dated 01.03.2024 passed in Bail Application No. 351/2024. However, in the said bail order, the Police Station case Page No.# 3/3 i.e., Jalukbari P.S. Case No. 672/2023 under Sections 392/511/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 25(1)(a)/25(1AA)/35 of the Arms Act was not mentioned and due to not mentioning of the Police Station case in the said order, difficulty in execution of the bail order has cropped up.

¶4The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also submitted that as the Police Station case number has not been mentioned in the bail order, there is difficulty in implementing the said order.

¶5Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor and on perusal of the case record, it appear that the police station case was in fact not mentioned in the said order, therefore, it is hereby clarified that the bail order dated 01.03.2024 passed in Bail Application No. 351/2024 pertains to Jalukbari P.S. Case No. 672/2023 under Sections 392/511/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 25(1)(a)/25(1AA)/35 of the Arms Act, this order shall be read in continuation with the order dated 01.03.2024 passed in Bail Application No. 351/2024.

¶6With this above observation, this interlocutory application is hereby disposed of.
