¶1Mr. D. K. Das, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners who submitted that the Petitioners would like to withdraw the instant petition challenging the order dated 07.12.2023 passed in Title Appeal No.12/2019 whereby the application under Order XI Rule 14 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 was rejected.

¶2Mr. D. K. Das, the learned counsel submitted that the Petitioners would take appropriate steps at the hearing wherein their application under Order XLI Rule 27 would be taken up for consideration.

¶3Taking into account the above, the instant petition stands closed on withdrawal.
