¶1Heard Mr. N. Uddin, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. R. J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that by order dated Page No.# 2/2

19.03.2024, the petitioners, namely, 1. Jamal Uddin Ahmed and 2. Jamela Khatun were granted interim bail by this Court with certain conditions and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, both the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer of Boko P.S. Case No. 620/2023 and have cooperated in the investigation.

¶3The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Boko P.S. Case No. 620/2023 and has submitted that both the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and their statements have also been recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

¶4In view of the fact that the petitioners have complied with the directions of this Court and have cooperated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to them by order dated 19.03.2024 by this Court is hereby made absolute with conditions No. 1 and 2 attached to the said order remaining intact.

¶5With the above observation, this anticipatory bail application is hereby disposed of.
