ORDER Date : 09-03-2024 Claimant is present along with her counsel in Lok Adalat. Insurance Company is also represented. The matter has been settled between the parties at Rs.14,15,500/- (Fourteen Lakhs Fifteen Thousand and Five Hundred only) as full and final. An amount of Rs.3,15,500/- (Three Lakhs Fifteen Thousand and Five Hundred only) has already been deposited by the insurance company before the Registry. The claimant No.1 is directed to withdraw the same, if not withdrawn after proper verification and duly identification by engaged counsel. The insurance company is directed to deposit the remaining amount i.e. Rs.11,00,000/- (Eleven Lakhs only) to the claimants. Out of the aforesaid amount, Rs. 3,00,000/- be paid to the mother of the deceased Rukiya Begum and Rs. 2,00,000/- be fixed deposited in the name of the daughter of the deceased namely, Majira Begum for 3 years. Page No.# 3/3 The claimant No. 1 is directed to furnish his/her bank details of any nationalized bank to the insurance company for necessary payment. The remaining amount will be deposited by the Insurance Company within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order. Send back the trial court record. The MAC Appeal stands disposed of.
