This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C., praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, 1. Parbin Sultana and 2. Md. Jiyaur Pasa in connection with Nalbari Police Station Case No. 87/2024 under Section 188/268/290/431 IPC. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam that the charge sheet being CS No. 82/2024 dated 30.03.2024 has already been filed by the Investigating Officer after completion of the investigation. In that view of the matter, the instant stands disposed of by permitting the petitioner to appear before the learned court below by filing appropriate application seeking regular bail and in the event filing such petition, the learned court below shall consider the same in connection with law.
