PP and Mr. S Das learned Amicus Curiae Page No.# 2/2 appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2. By this application under section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner, namely, Sahidullah Laskar @ Saidullah Laskar has prayed for granting pre arrest bail who is apprehending arrest in connection with Bilaipur PS Case No.71/2023 under sections 376/313/34 IPC. read with section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No.163/2023. It is submitted by the learned Addl. PP that charge sheet being CS No.69/2023 dated 30.11.2023 has already been filed by the Investigating Officer after completion of the investigation. In that view of the matter the present bail application stands disposed of by giving liberty to the applicants to appear before the learned court below by filing appropriate application seeking regular bail and in the event of filing such application, the learned court below shall consider the same in accordance with law. Accordingly, this bail application stands disposed of.
