¶1The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that he would like to withdraw the instant proceedings and shall proceed for execution of the award before the Court of the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal No.III, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati seeking enforcement of the award passed by this Court. Page No.# 2/2

¶2Accordingly, the instant proceedings stands closed on withdrawal.

¶3The withdrawal of the instant proceedings shall not prejudice the Petitioner to approach the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal No.III, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati for enforcement of the award passed in MAC Appeal No.401/2017.
